Visitor Portal is a complete online, web based visitor management
solution that streamlines the process of managing visitors to your facility.
As the solution is web based, it can be immediately deployed and accessed through any web enabled device, such as a smart phone, tablet or PC – doing away with the unreliable and inaccurate paper based systems.

The system enables self-management through a simple user interface that makes
pre-registering visitors quick and easy. Basic visitor information is captured prior to access being granted. As this is done by approved users, the information is automatically validated and ensures rapid traceability in the event of an onsite incident.
Once registered, the visitor receives an automated email and/or text message notification, along with their single use access code. The notification automatically integrates into the calendar, for enhanced convenience.
Visitor Portal seamlessly integrates with Access Portal, giving you the flexibility to set up pre-defined access profiles and rule sets. All actions are recorded in the site’s Access Portal database for complete auditability, and the system includes a variety of standard reports such as the transaction report and live viewer, to quickly access visitor profiles (visitor names, access locations and date/times).
This solution is ideal for housing estates, multi-tenant buildings, as well as enterprise corporations, as it is quickly deployed, highly scalable and flexible to your needs.
